How to get motivated to lose weight
I wanted to address a question I get asked ALL THE TIME. People always ask me about motivation, and how to get started on a health and fitness journey, so I wanted to give you some of my tips. The very first thing you have to do is figure out your why. WHY do you want to lose weight? Why do you want to get healthy? Do you want more energy to keep up with your kids?
Do you want to feel confident and comfortable in your skin? What is your reason for making the change? This is seriously KEY. It’s going to be hard. You’re going to struggle. You might want to give up.
